🎧🎬Tapping Tinder to Scout IT-Talent? (Code Red Podcast Ep08)

An Austrian HR-Company Had The Guts to Give it a Try.

With over 75 million users worldwide, Tinder might be a hidden gem for recruiters. 18% of people on Tinder are in fact open to job opportunities. And 30% of millennials are using dating apps for networking. That's right! Tinder's not just for finding love anymore—it's a hotspot for making professional connections.

That makes 58% of HR experts believe unconventional methods like Tinder can snag you the right candidates.

An Austrian HR Company had the guts to give it a try. I discuss opportunities and risks in this conversation with former Yahoo! Head of IP Innovation, Chris Kalaboukis.

What do you think? Is swiping right for labor a promising strategy or a failing love-affair? Let me know in the comments.

In any case, I wish you a wonderful day, my dear friends. ♥️

In any case, I wish you a wonderful Sunday, my dear friends ♥️.

🫶If you want to take the driver's seat and shape the future of recruiting yourself, I have a process for that: It’s called future scenario thinking and it allows deep dives into the driving forces, root causes, and mechanisms for every decision we need to make to co-create the future.

🎯It’s a highly effective brain trick invented by the U.S. Air Force to gain clarity, dive deep into internal and external driving forces, create a long-term vision, and shape the future you want to live in. It brings the subconscious to the conscious mind and enables us to make confident choices and decisions. When choosing things consciously, our whole experience changes drastically.

⚓We work with courageous business leaders, team captains, and individuals with an open mind for a different view who are brave enough to change the world by starting with themselves.
